Martin is currently the Group Head of Creative for Film at global agency DRPG, leading a multi-award-winning team delivering bold, innovative strategic storytelling worldwide. His role combines operational leadership of an 80+ person division, group-level leadership as part of the DRP Group SLT, hands-on creative direction across film, campaigns and experiences, and talent development - enabling storytellers to reach their potential and help clients connect with their audiences in meaningful ways.

He also spearheads DRPG Film’s AI rollout, developing production workflows that enable teams to scale their ambition without scaling budgets - a transformation already strengthening DRPG's ability to support global brands.

Beyond agency life, he speaks at industry events on storytelling, strategy and AI, helping business leaders unlock new ways to grow.
