PPC - Aligning an International Energy Group Around One Vision

Challenge: Major European energy utility PPC was evolving from a collection of brands, markets and functions into one international Group - repositioning itself as a unified, future-facing organisation.
This shift sits within the wider context of the energy transition, as the business moves fully to renewables, and expands beyond energy production and delivery into broadband infrastructure and technology (what they call “PowerTech”)
The challenge was to bring that transformation to life for a diverse audience of leaders and partners - creating clarity, connection and a shared sense of direction that will drive growth.
Solution: Working with PPC’s most senior leadership, we developed a live experience that brought together 1,200 leaders and partners from across Europe under a single strategic narrative - One Vision.
My vision was to create a connected story that unfolded through a series of carefully orchestrated wow moments - enabling the audience to explore, understand and ultimately align around the future of the business.
From the expo-style World Gallery, where leaders could engage with different parts of the Group, to the main arena experience - a fully immersive, large-scale storytelling environment – to the international cuisine and entertainment - every element was designed to make a complex organisation feel clear, cohesive and human.
Impact: We successfully repositioned PPC amongst their leadership as one unified, international PowerTech organisation - creating a clear shared direction they could act on.
