Challenge: During the pandemic, Imagination Technologies needed to rally and align their international employees, reassure customers and continue to attract world-class talent - at a time of uncertainty.
The challenge was to clearly and powerfully articulate who they are, what they stand for and why it matters - and make it count for multiple audiences.
Solution: I developed a single, unifying brand story designed to resonate across employee, customer and recruitment audiences.
Rather than relying on corporate messaging, I expressed the brand through a cinematic narrative - using the language of human ambition and exploration to make the company’s vision and values feel tangible, emotional and globally relevant.
The result was a piece of work that could scale across channels without losing clarity or impact.
Impact: The film delivered strong engagement across all audiences:
• Record-breaking internal engagement
• 18million+ impressions on social channels
• 97% increase in web traffic
• 30,000+ unique visitors to the "working with Imagination" page
• 57% increase in applications from Q2 to Q3
• Increase of 147% of accepted employment offers
• eNPS score, which is used by businesses to measure employee advocacy, achieved a +10 compared to -16 before the campaign
• Winner of Best Brand Film at the EMEA Brand Film Awards, plus other Gold international awards
More importantly, it helped crystallise Imagination’s identity at a critical moment - aligning people around a shared sense of purpose and positioning the brand confidently on a global stage.
