Challenge: Vauxhall launched a major new vehicle warranty - a significant commercial commitment, but one that risked feeling purely functional and easy to overlook.

The challenge was to transform a rational product promise into something that would capture attention, build belief in the brand, and drive immediate commercial impact in a highly competitive market.

Solution: I reframed the warranty not as a feature, but as the latest expression of Vauxhall’s long history of innovation - connecting it to a legacy that British drivers already trusted.

Rather than selling the offer in isolation, we built a narrative that positioned the warranty as part of something bigger: a brand that has consistently delivered for its customers over time.

This approach was brought to life through a national TV campaign that combined restored archive footage, a distinctive tone of voice, and cultural credibility - establishing a platform that could extend beyond a single execution.
